It was already resolved when I checked my email as of tonight, 11:49 PM in Baguio City after I sent tweets to their @askairasia tweeter account last Sunday, 1 October 2017 at 10:13 PM. I just mentioned the booking numbers, my full name and my email address.

The gender on my mother's name and my sister's name were tagged as "MR" instead of "MS" and I am pretty sure that I checked female when I was booking. I just noticed the error when I was looking at the bookings last Sunday and finally saw the mistake. I finally searched for solutions regarding this matter and saw their twitter account mentioned in another blog who also had an issue similar to this "wrong gender" in the booking or ticket or travel itinerary.

I am very thankful that it was resolved months before our travel which was actually scheduled next year. Although our travel will be next year, it's better to be prepared already. Remember, traveling needs planning and If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.
